“Corrupt to the core. I was the victim of a disability hate crime at the hands of Amir Ahmed who refused to serve me because of my disability. Barclays is protecting this employee by refusing to respond to a SAR for the CCTV footage. They also lied on his behalf despite obviously having reviewed the footage- which corroborates my statement. If they lie to protect a disability-phobic employee, what else do they lie about?”
“Employee refused to serve me because I have a disability that prevents me covering my face. Made a formal complaint of Disability Discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. No response in 6 weeks. Also made a subject access request for the CCTV footage so that I can pursue legal action. Statutory deadline has passed and they have failed to respond. Reported to the OIC. Apparently Barclays protects disability-phobic employees.”

“Multiple times I rang and around 3 hours at a time. Eventually spoke to a lady who was so rude and arrogant. I gave example of other banks then she says we are not them but my question is if they answer within 30 minutes then why cant you at least in an hour?
When I complained about this she disgraced me by suggesting I am after compensation. What?”
“As a customer for over 50 years, I can honestly say they have gone downhill at a fast rate of knots over the years. My current complaint involves their inability to supply a yes or no answer. Im so annoyed with them, Ive just fired off a complaint to their CEO.”
“Having supplied all the required information after my mother passed away, they lost all the records and I had to start again. Blamed on "system error" so not their fault apparently.”
“Barclays UK is absolutely the worst bank I have never seen. Their banking online is a king of torture. They block your account for any reason just to keep your money hold by the bank for many weeks in name of cybersecurity. I closed my account for the mediocre quality of service and the incompetent employees of this miserable bank.”
