I bought a subscription. I waited 3 days for activation. Access is active but IP whitelist is not working. I wrote to customer service again and I've been waiting for a response for 24 hours. Product interfaces are successful. Customer service is very kind but the service sucks. An issue takes 3 days to resolve. The technical team is very slow.

It's a shame you have caught us at a bad time. It would appear we had some issues on our side regarding IP whitelisting authentication. As the latest conversation logs with our dev team show, the issue should no longer persist. We're glad to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of our customer service, however, it seems that they have not received a reply from you after the issue was reportedly resolved. Would you be willing to give us another shot?

Sadly, I can not recommend Smartproxy. Their proxies might be good, but their customer service is sadly bad. Only the guy on discord is cool, I assume he is the admin.

Awww, could you please tell us what issues you had with our customer support? Alternatively, perhaps you could provide us with the registered email address of your Smartproxy username so we could check for anything that we could do on our end? Thanks!

Smartproxy really sucks! On their first webpage they say we promise guaranteed refund. But when you have a try on their products and want a refund, they say we have a lot of requirements you need to meet. I just want to know what the hell is guaranteed refunds? Besides, their salesman's attitute is very aweful. Please DON'T use their products. It just sucks!

Hello! As we can see, you were unable to receive a refund because you have already used up all of your traffic, and we only allow using up 20% of it before you request a refund for our services. We understand that this must be frustrating for you. However, the terms are clearly written on our refund policy page, and our support team has to bear in mind if the account that requests a refund is eligible to receive one.

Awful service, nothing works, terrible customer service. Go to another provider. I do not believe the 5* reviews are genuine.

Most sites are blocked. Can not recommend

Hello! We understand that the limitations can be frustrating. However, we do have to block access to certain websites due to fraudulent use cases from some of our users or websites noticing an unusually high number of requests from our infrastructure, so we have to cease all of our activity on the website to avoid legal action. Don't go to a meeting with clients! Block access to certain sites that are needed for work. Expand your sat list !!

very bad experience, not good at all, there is no panel to monitoring in API calls, Response time. taken 5 days to activate the plan, customer support teams are not technical.

Really bad service, suddenly they block your target website without any notice and refuses to refund - very sketchy I would stay far away as they will go to any lengths refusing your refund.

A customer service that doesn't care about its customers. (SCAM) I signed up for their service for one month only. The second month I was debited, without having received a notification email, and without even having received the invoice. So I asked for a refund, which was refused, even though no GB had been used. Clearly customer service prefers to scam its customers, rather than find fair and honest solutions. On top of very slow, low quality IPs, add to that disastrous customer service. -- I'll find better somewhere else, and it won't be difficult.

Customer service gets ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ but the proxies service way over price 5 gb $75. I got 70gb for $50 50ms Response time

I have bought smart proxy for use Craigslist ad posting. but not getting any live post. Sorry I have stopped use it. I think it not suitable for Craigslist ad post. I just losses money for Smart proxy.
