“Smartproxy really sucks! On their first webpage they say we promise guaranteed refund. But when you have a try on their products and want a refund, they say we have a lot of requirements you need to meet. I just want to know what the hell is guaranteed refunds? Besides, their salesman's attitute is very aweful. Please DON'T use their products. It just sucks!”

Hello! As we can see, you were unable to receive a refund because you have already used up all of your traffic, and we only allow using up 20% of it before you request a refund for our services. We understand that this must be frustrating for you. However, the terms are clearly written on our refund policy page, and our support team has to bear in mind if the account that requests a refund is eligible to receive one.

Hello! We understand that the limitations can be frustrating.
