“I am very impressed by the service provided by SmartTECK. I had never shopped with them before and was a bit wary having read mixed reviews, as would anyone when using a new online retailer for the first time. However they’re very competitive prices were too hard to ignore and I decided to try them out and that too why purchasing an expensive and bulky item (NLR GT-TRACK RACING COCKPIT). I wasn’t sure how this purchase experience would turn out, however I am pleased to state that not only was I pleasantly surprised, but extremely impressed with my shopping experience with SmartTECK. Their service was at par with any big and popular online retailers, probably even better. Their prices were unmatched, communication after purchase was as good as any and the icing on the cake was the delivery. I had selected Free Shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 days) and was blown away on receiving my item on the 3rd day itself by ParcelForce. My bulky package was firmly secured on a pallet and there wasn’t a blemish (forget dent or tear) on the external cardboard packaging (part of the credit surely goes to NLR and ParcelForce as well). Next was to check contents and everything was intact and pristine perfect. Overall I am elated with my shopping experience with SmartTECK and will happily shop with them again and therefore can confidently recommend them to others. “Well, I can’t complain about receiving my order on time and as described, however a customer service needs a good improvement as I tried to contact them by phone on 2 occasions and both times been waiting on the line for ages (about 20 min) and no one would pick up the bloody phone.”
