“Our mini bus arrived on time, our driver Raymond saw us all on board after helping load a push chair. We arrived at our first destination in good time, in fact we were early for the wedding and were actually quite a while after as photographs were taken. Then Raymond took us on to our second destination, wished us all to have a lovely time, later that evening he picked us up and took us back to our starting point and saw us all off the bus and checked we hadn't left anything on the bus.”

“We've just come back from a fantastic Hen Do in Newcastle. SMC Coach Hire were brilliant. So easy to book and their response to any queries we had was very quick. We made a few changes ie times and size of bus. This was dealt with without any fuss. The price for the bus was very reasonable. Our driver,John, was great, very friendly and helpful, also punctual.

“Such a disappointment after 8 years of co-working with this company. They just decided to take my 900 pounds (full booking payment) for the service that was never provided because of the emergency and force major that happened 3 weeks before the date of the booking. I never recommend to pay in advance as they require.
They will ask for full payment for the services they provide in advance. Not a problem! but should anything happen, like a world event for example, Pandemic, War and you are unable to fulfil the contract. Unlike many companies who are sympathetic to such circumstances and at least refund something of YOUR money. Not this company. You won't see a penny. Especially if you are a foreign visitor and have little chance of demanding money back for a school trip for children. Shame on them! They are not even willing to discuss the situation. Don't give these people your money. You will never see a penny of it again.”
