“Found SMC on line at the last minute.
Cannot fault the communication between us. Was updated on all changes that were made.
Driver was polite and courteous on both journeys and arrived on time.
Will definitely use SMC again as their prices were by far the cheapest.
Only downfall, NO Aircon on the hottest day of the year so far. :)”
“Found this company on google.
Was the cheapest quote by £100s
We used it for a hen party to be picked up and dropped off.
The driver was friendly and more importantly showed up on time and had a very positive attitude.
He confirm pick up times the day before:
Would recommend this company and would use again .
SMC was really helpful throughout the booking process”

“We went with this company for a hen party to be picked up and dropped off. The driver showed up on time and had a very positive attitude and was fantastic with helping with all the bags. The journey was great and arrived without complaints. Would recommend this company and would use again .”
“Simple booking arrangements, simple online confirmations and slick efficient service. I had naively assumed that our arrangement would see and SMC coach arrive. I was surprised to see that the booking was subcontracted to A N Other business and I only became aware on the day of the pick up. That said it all went very smoothly and their sub contractors were excellent.”
“Excellent service! The mini bus was clean, modern and very comfortable. I was not expecting the level that I received due to the competitive price.
Really happy with the service!”
“Efficient and professional from start to finish! SMC were quick to provide a competitive quote, they provided confirmation of our journeys and the name and number for our driver ahead of time. The pick was perfect, the driver sent a text to say that he had arrived early and would wait until we were ready. He was a good driver, very friendly and happy.
A fabulous experience all round, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend SMC.”
“I found the whole process from booking, paying & too the actual day. We've all been there when we think coach might nit turn up. The coach was actually there 15 mins before departure was smooth sailing. They picked us up next day on time too. The service was excellent. Would use them again & recommend to anyone.”
“Excellent services from SMC who took us to Wembley, very efficient and a brilliant driver who always kept us informed. Will definitely use SMC again.”

“Booked for a Sporting Event (Scottish Hockey Cup Final). Bus was on time and quote was better than others. Bus Driver got us to & from our destination on time and would have no issues recommending to others if they are reading this review.”
“They was very helpful from beginning to end answering every question i had and fixing my booking when my flight changed the driver was very polite on both journeys he put all the luggage in the taxi himself and took into consideration we had two small children with us i would use them again”
“I would highly recommend SMC coach hire the service from start to finish was very professional. Any query was answered immediately, and the service on the day of our trip was first class. The coach provided was exactly what we booked and the coach driver very professional and friendly . Our return journey two days later was on time and again went over and above.”
“SMC made the booking process very easy and the excellent communication throughout was very reassuring so we never worried. Our driver on the day arrived early and was extremely helpful and caring which was important because some of our passengers were elderly. He was also flexible with pick up times and kept in touch by text. I would definitely choose SMC again and recommend them.”
