Neither family member wanted to have the odious task of picking up everybody from their various towns & driving them to Liverpool on a Friday evening. So we decided to converge on one town, where it was easy to get to & then hire a minivan from there to Liverpool. The driver was friendly, pleasant, approachable & attentive. He drove us to our destination & back with care & precision. I'll definitely use SMC Coach Hire again if I am going to need a minivan for a large party.”

We had great communication with them throughout our booking and they let us know our drivers number the day before in case of any problems. The driver arrived early and got us there in good time. “From the 1st enquiry we where kept in the loop all the way. The morning before pick up the driver txt to introduce himself. On the day of pick-up Zab the driver txt to tell us has was there waiting (10 minutes before agreed time). So all went without problems and would not hesitate to recommend this company.”
