#370114 I bought a number of items and two weeks passed without any communication about my delivery, until I contacted them and they deliver. Upon receiving my order, I was not happy with the quality of some of my items. I lodge a return and followed every instruction and was also aware that they will deduct 15% but it's been three to four weeks now I have not received my refund. I don't know what to do now, I am just helpless.

I paid for 3 Samsung tablets on the 10/04/2024. Since then there have been communication from their side. It's such a damn traumatising and tedious experience when you phone them. Let them give the items I bought or refund me.

WORST Company to order from. Claim they out of stock of which I still see the item on their site now days later. Weeks later and they still haven't processed a refund to me everytime I email they say they will process it but to no avail. Worst company and service ever.

Been waiting for a refund since November , they didnt have the courtesy to let me know that the items i ordered was out of stock , they just sent me the rest of my order , wasnt until I queried them that i was told they out of stock and they will refund me …. Well here we are almost four months later , endless emails and empty promises for that refund .

I requested for my refund and it's 2 weeks now and they still telling me they will escalate the matter to account department.

I ordered a product and the delivery was very fast. But I wanted a refund, since the product I ordered didn't work. It has been 3 weeks and no refund has been made. I sent emails and even called and I'm still waiting on my refund.

Emailed a month later just to be told items out of stock, would have refunded… but jip you guessed it, NO REFUND! Now the question is How is it possible for this “company” to keep on snatching people’s money and get away with it! How can this be stopped.

In a nutshell: extremely poor service - no refund when is due - extremely poor guarantee.
