I have been waiting for my order from the 1st no communication nothing doesn't the company supposed to keep their clients updated even if the will deliver late

My son ordered a flat screen TV. It took about a month to be delivered as it was out of stock. When it eventually arrived it was the wrong TV and the screen was cracked. He contacted the company and it was collected. He was waiting on the new TV to arrive and decided to op for a refund. After sending a few emails he hasn't received any respond or refund yet. He send his account details and is still waiting, it's already about 3 months.
We very dissatisfied and disappointed in your service. Please respond!!!
How long does it take to deliver cause I've paid for my stuff and I've been waiting my delivery was said to b delivered on the 07/12/2023 and today is the 12th,so can I just clarity on what is taking so long please.
