I buy two hearing aid and both was not working, and i log a return and that guy said they don't take back such returns item but they will offer me a voucher to buy again , i told him that i no longer interested on buy anything on Snatcher ,i want my money back ,still waiting for a respond....don't buy Snatcher ,bad service,no communication, delivery takes forever, they item are not working....i regret
