“ The customer service is poor, ordered headboards that were poorly made, all I’m asking for is a replacement, but one week after submitting the returns forms, I still don’t know when the old ones will be picked up to be replaced. ”

“ I purchased a fridge from Snatcher, which took 2 weeks to deliver. Things purchased from Shein has a quicker delivery time. Anyway Snatcher is the only company that has no return courier. I don't mind paying for the courier to come home pick up my item and deliver it to Snatcher. Which I asked about delivery service for returns I was told they do not offer one. Totally frustrating experience....never again. ”

“ I buy two hearing aid and both was not working, and i log a return and that guy said they don't take back such returns item but they will offer me a voucher to buy again , i told him that i no longer interested on buy anything on Snatcher ,i want my money back ,still waiting for a respond....don't buy Snatcher ,bad service,no communication, delivery takes forever, they item are not working....i regret ”

“ I immediately started the returns process, Today after Three days of emails with the consultant Tashriek I am yet to get any feedback, sent the photos requested, and explained the reason for the return. ”

“ Their staff are so unhelpful and rude, their products don't work as described in the descriptions and when yiu would like to return it they make as if the customer is the problem instead of assisting you in order to return the item. They also say "FREE RETURNS" when actually they deduct 15% handling fee from your refund how insane is this. Especially when their products is faulty! Up your game. ”
