“I am quite a heavy snorer, according to my girlfriend and friends. I've been told the mouth piece immediately stopped my snoring first night using it, so its highly recommended. Since I started I never looked back and this is my favorite mouth piece. The molding process was actually quite easy. Sometimes leaves teeth/jaw sore but overall it works and I will continue using it, so it is recommended if stopping snoring is the priority.”

“Pretty good! I still find that I snore when I'm on my back but generally this seems to work! Uncomfortable for the first few days but you get used to it.”
