Ordered once before and was amazing but this time my partner ordered me a gift hamper with 8+ bath bombs for my birthday , a week later and it still hasn't arrived , tryed calling&emailed but no response

Already tried calling the number on the website and that you posted many of time of here and nothing? No one ever answers and I’ve left voicemails that have left to nothing??? Reading through all the comments and reviews it looks pretty clear this is a rip off! #lessonlearned #readreviewsfirst!

Ordered a week ago. Said it was dispatched 5 days ago and had nothing. Tried emailing but no response. If i dont get anything today will contact bank for a refund. Very dissapointing.

Hi Hannah, I sent an email to you this morning after my reply here but thought I would also reach out to you again as I haven't heard back from you and you mentioned issues getting in touch via email. We send all parcels with Royal Mail and there have been a few issues over the last couple of weeks due to the recent bad weather. If your package has been lost or damaged whilst in Royal Mail's care we will provide you with a full refund or resend your order. We'll then take the issue up with them directly so you won't need to do anything and if it does arrive at a later date you can keep any extra items you receive. As I mentioned I'm eager to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you so please do come back to me. I cannot find an order under the name/email address given in your review. As soon as I hear back from you regarding the name/email address the order was placed under I will be able to find the order and get this resolved. Many Thanks, Spike

Paid extra for delivery before my daughters birthday yet still no hamper. Track and trace is also a very poor and waste of time having as cannot track status of a parcel unless it’s been attempted delivery. 5 days and still no parcel.

Hi David, Thanks for your review and I'm very sorry that you were disappointed with our service. This is Spike here at Soaprise.me - I'm not sure if you remember me but we spoke via email just a few days ago (Saturday 3rd March). When we spoke it seemed likely your parcel was held up or lost in transit during the period of bad weather & snow. I asked if you could let me know whether the parcel turned up the following working day (yesterday) as it was showing within the recommended timeframe from Royal Mail. I promised that I would get this resolved as soon as possible for you, but I didn't hear back from you until now. As you have informed me that your parcel did not arrive I will get straight on to Royal Mail by telephone to see what has happened and we will get the issue resolved as quickly as we can. I'm also happy to refund the delivery charge on your order since your order was late and so I have done this for you now. I'm sorry you are also disappointed with Royal Mail's Track & Trace service and that you feel it is a waste of time. This service allows customers to rearrange a delivery online if a parcel is missed. The delivery confirmation is also tracked and this allows us to confirm whether a parcel has been delivered to a customer successfully. We try to keep postage costs to a minimum for customers and a progress tracked parcel service as you suggest (that allows you to track status of the full journey) costs around £10-£15 per parcel to send. As our average order value is around £20 I do hope you can appreciate that it is not feasible for us to do this. Moving forward I have refunded the £1.95 delivery charge on your order since it is not fair for you to pay for a late delivery and I hope we can get this issue sorted out for you as quickly as possible. Hi David, I've just received an update to say that this package has been delivered today therefore we will send you some extra items as an apology for the inconvenience of the late delivery. I have also refunded your delivery charge on your order and I will send you a gift certificate for £5 off any future purchase. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know.
