Unfortunately, the Sockeloen aero socks were far too tight around my calves and are basically unwearable. I didn't receive a response about an exchange for over a week, and was told I would have to pay to ship the socks back to the Netherlands in order to receive a new set or a refund. Will not be buying again.

Order items from Instagram and there was no mention that the items are being shipped outside of the US and that are additional cost from the tariffs.
Send 2 email to customer service but never heard back and the items are still not delivered.
I would like for you to contact UPS and ask them to send to send package back and issue me a full refund.

On the plus side, one model of my order was out of stock, but this was communicated very quickly and a refund was arranged as requested.
