Order items from Instagram and there was no mention that the items are being shipped outside of the US and that are additional cost from the tariffs.
Send 2 email to customer service but never heard back and the items are still not delivered.
I would like for you to contact UPS and ask them to send to send package back and issue me a full refund.

On the plus side, one model of my order was out of stock, but this was communicated very quickly and a refund was arranged as requested.
