“Voor een speciale actie custom sokken ontworpen en laten bedrukken door Sockeloen. Contact was erg prettig en het resultaat precies zoals wij het voor ogen hadden! Super service en heel snel geleverd! Onwijs tevreden. Mochten we nog een keer sokken willen laten bedrukken, dan komen wij absoluut terug!”

“Ik kocht maanden geleden custom sokken bij jullie om deze cadeau te geven. Bij het ontvangen was er hier een productie fout op aanwezig die jullie gingen rechtzetten door nieuwe sokken op te sturen. Vandaag antwoorden jullie zelfs niet meer op de verschillende mails die ik jullie heb verzonden. Niet aan te raden.”

“Blij dat jullie eindelijk de strook die de aero kousen ophouden veranderd hebben in een beter systeem. De kousen die ik drie jaar geleden heb gekocht heb ik kunnen weggooien omdat ze na een aantal keer dragen afzakten omdat de strook gewoon uitrafelde en uiteindelijk verdween. Dat was echt niet fijn voor zo'n dure kousen. Met de nieuwe strook zal het hopelijk beter zijn.”

“I Placed my order at the end of May with an advertised delivery time of 2–10 working days. Unfortunately, after 18 days there were still no updates on the shipment and the tracking information never showed any meaningful movement. What frustrated me most was the inconsistent communication. Initially, I was told the parcel had been shipped, later I was informed it had been returned and reshipped, yet no new tracking information was ever provided. This made it very difficult to understand the real status of the order. I appreciate that the customer service team remained polite throughout the process and ultimately issued a full refund without any major dispute. While I recognise that courier issues can occur, customers should not be left without updates for such a long period and should receive clearer information when delays arise.”

Hi Giacomo, Thank you for your time and effort to leave a review. We fully understand and share your view that this was a very annoying case for you as a customer. As we also discussed personally, this was an issue at the courier, which was out of our reach. We have since been in contact with the courier company asking for an explanation and clarification. As you mentioned we did solve it as good and well as possible.

“Hello, Many thanks for the quick support! I had overlooked the instruction to wash them before the first use. After washing them with sports detergent, the socks are smaller. Now they conform perfectly to the shape of the foot! The silicone grip coating now keeps the sock in place, even in high temperatures involving sweat and water. A tip for putting them on: Roll the sock up as much as possible and pull it over your foot. Then roll the silicone-coated section up your leg. It fits perfectly!”

We always advise to wash the socks one time before use to activate the silicone gripper, as well as to refrain from using sunscreen or oil in around the gripper.
