“Order items from Instagram and there was no mention that the items are being shipped outside of the US and that are additional cost from the tariffs. Send 2 email to customer service but never heard back and the items are still not delivered. I would like for you to contact UPS and ask them to send to send package back and issue me a full refund. Thanks tou”

“Zeer zeer slechte communicatie, probeer al bijna een maand iets terug te sturen maar krijg maar geen contact. Echt een drama. Zou hier niets bestellen want zodra het terug moet en je dus je geld terug wilt hoor je niets meer van ze.”

“Ik wacht al een week op reactie op een standaard retour aanvraag. Los daarvan is het retourproces sowieso omslachtig. Bij andere webshops is dit geautomatiseerd maar hier moet blijkbaar een medewerker eerst zijn oordeel geven.”

“Ordered the 5th of October. Today is 24th of October. Nothing arrived. I wrote 4 e-mails in order to understand the order status. No one answered. I wrote in Instagram 3 times. No one answered. The only thing left is to write here hoping that someone shows up.”

“After reading the positive reviews, i decided to buy the 540 aero socks but the first time i wore them, they fell off after just a few miles...i have to keep pulling them up... The socks look amazing, but at least they fall off on me. So unfortunately, i am very disappointed with the purchase.”

Hi Chris, Bedankt dat je de tijd en moeite hebt genomen om een review achter te laten, dit waarderen we enorm. Vervelend om te horen dat de sokken je niet passen, deze kun je uiteraard nog retour sturen. Vervelend dat je nog geen reactie hebt ontvangen, we hebben jouw aanvraag dan niet goed ontvangen.
