“Gescheurd na de eerste rit. Waardeloze kwaliteit”

Hi Mathieu, vervelend om te zien dat jouw sok al gelijk gescheurd is na de eerste rit. Ik heb je een mail gestuurd zodat we samen kunnen kijken naar een passende oplossing!

“Verkeerde maat geleverd met wel het juiste label erom heen.. Tig mailtjes gestuurd omdat het om een verjaardagscadeau ging en ik nog een week de tijd had maar pas na ruim een week een mailtje terug met het verzoek om maar een retour in te vullen... Klantvriendelijkheid staat zeker niet hoog in het vaandel bij Sockeloen!!”

“The socks were impossible to put on. Too tight. And the returns labels are grossly overpriced with about 18€ through DHL and 28.88€ with Correos. I went to Correos privately and got ‘certificado’ delivery with insurance of 80€ for a total price of 11.74€”

“I ordered this product from Ireland on 14/08/24. Its 22/08/24. The tracking says its ready for transport to Ireland 16/08/24. 8 days and it hasn't moved? Just saying...is that normal? I'd offer its a tad slow! And then an email today asking me to review a product, that I haven't yet received? I think there's an opportunity for a 'root and branch review' here? Cheers G”

“Altijd content van de kousen geweest tot de 612 na 1ste rit op 50km sprong de rits al kapot bijna verongelukt door tussen ketting , wil je het melden krijg je geen gehoor of nog geen antwoord na 5 dagen.”

“I have not gotten my order and it has been over 25 days. I have emailed asking about where my socks are and have received no reply. The order was quite expensive and I feel that the company is not legitimate. Possibly a scam. Don't order from Sockeloen.”

“De nombreux problèmes avec ma commande… J’étais pourtant satisfait au début, car la production des chaussettes fut rapide. Malheureusement, le service offert par le transporteur POSTNL est déplorable… Ce dernier est incapable de livrer ma commande à domicile et n’est même pas capable d’effectuer le déplacement jusqu’à domicile… Alors que les autres transporteurs comme BPOST, DPD, GLS n’ont jamais eu aucun soucis… De ce fait, j’ai contacté le SAV de Sockeloen (mon colis leur avait retourné), un nouvel envoi a été effectué mais le problème s’est présenté. Depuis lors, j’essaie de contacter le SAV mais je trouve aucunes réponses à mes mails…”

“Waardeloos, overschoenen kapot aangeleverd. Daarna sturen ze gewoon een ander model en tegenmoet koming 20% korting. In en in triest dat er zo om wordt gegaan met een klant.”
