After 2 weeks no order received, not even shipped. And no reply from customer care. But I keep receiving emails asking for a product review. Then my review can be only 1 star because it’s not possibile to leave 0.

Hello. I should have received the shipment number #26297 on july 11. But unfortunately, i haven´t receive anything today, july 23rd. The last package update was on july 10th. After reading the positive reviews, i decided to buy the 540 aero socks but the first time i wore them, they fell off after just a few miles...i have to keep pulling them up... The socks look amazing, but at least they fall off on me. So unfortunately, i am very disappointed with the purchase.

Sokken zijn top, echt top. Maar lage review doordat ik al een week geen reactie krijg over hoe te retourneren. Antwoord erop zou fijn zijn, advies maak het proces van retourneren klantvriendelijk

Hi Chris, Bedankt dat je de tijd en moeite hebt genomen om een review achter te laten, dit waarderen we enorm. Vervelend om te horen dat de sokken je niet passen, deze kun je uiteraard nog retour sturen. Vervelend dat je nog geen reactie hebt ontvangen, we hebben jouw aanvraag dan niet goed ontvangen. I have never recieved my parcel?!? Announced and never delivered. Therefore, I cannot comment as not deleivered!

Waardeloze bedrijf of de wet van Murphy?. Dure Aerosokken van Sockeloen besteld, zakten helaas af. Retour gestuurd (kosten 6 euro) Coupon ontvangen voor aankoopbedrag (a 86 euro) op 24 april met de mededeling erbij: “geldig tot 25 april 03:59” (!!) Dus dan maar heel snel katoenen sokken van Sockeloen bestellen (die had ik al en die blijven wel heel goed zitten). Blijken bijna alle sokken op de website in maat 43+ uitverkocht. Hoe dan opeens?? Dan maar uit noodzaak een schoendroogapparaat gekocht voor 110 euro (ondanks elders voor 100 euro verkrijgbaar). Gratis verzenden vanaf 75 euro; mits je geen coupon inwisselt, want het bij te betalen bedrag kwam op 29 euro. Dus moest ik wederom 6 euro verzendkosten extra betalen. Geen leuke klantervaring dit….. Moraal van dit alles: de Aerosokken zakken af en in geval van een retour vraag gewoon je geld terug en neem nooit een coupon. Of koop sokken in een fysieke winkel, scheelt je een hoop Sockeloen verzendkosten.

Hey everyone, I really wanted to leave an awesome review, but it's been 19 days since I placed the order (which I paid for shipping on) and the socks still have not arrived. For reference, if I order from Rapha on a Sunday, the order is at my door by noon on Tuesday, from the UK, with free shipping. Really hope the socks are worth the wait, but your shipping practice, is stopping me from ordering from you again. Hope this helps and all the best!

Sockeloenn's systems are antiquated and they don't care about customer service. I would recommend not buying from them because if you have an issue there is no way for you to communicate with them in a timely manner to rectify anything and they simply don't care. No to Sockeloen, go somewhere else!!!

Range issue. 43-48 is not working- even at 46 the range is not fitting nor high enough at calves.

Leider kann ich keine gute Rezension machen. Ich habe einen falschen Artikel zugestellt bekommen und das entsprechend, mit der Bitte um Umtausch, gemeldet. Danach hat sich zwar rasch jemand gemeldet und nachgrfragt welchen Artikel ich erhalten habe obwohl ich das bereits bei der ersten Meldung eingetragen habe. Seither habe ich nichts mehr gehört. Das ist kein guter Service!

Ik heb slechte overschoenen ontvangen. Na één rit waren ze al stuk. Ik heb meerdere malen geprobeerd om de klantenservice te bereiken, maar helaas zonder resultaat.

Ordered 2 x 3packs of the aero socks and only received 1. Have emailed twice and no reply. Wouldn’t buy again solely based on th experience of “customer is king” hopefully no one else has this happen.
