“Bijzondere communicatie met Sockeloen over de kortingsacties en fouten in het systeem. Uiteindelijk zelf een oplossing gevonden met bestellen. In eerste instantie lukte het niet om een bestelling te plaatsen met hun kortingsacties. Na wat mailcontact nog steeds niet. Uiteindelijk zelf een oplossing gevonden, maar ter compensatie stuurden ze een extra setje sokken op :)”

“The socks would get 5 stars. But i had a bit of trouble with the customer support (well the problem was GLS)), but customer support took a while), but it the end it got fixed so no hard feelings just wished the problem would have been solved faster. Will buy again.”

“De sokken zijn meer dan uitstekend. Wat mij stoorde, helaas heb ik geen prinsscreen, was dat ik na mijn bestelling en betaling en melding kreeg voor korting als ik ook, de door jullie voorgestelde producten zou bestellen. Als je werklijk zo blij of gul bent met mij dat je een korting wil geven kom daar dan eerder mee.”

“Ordered aero socks - But 3 get 1 pair free! No info on site regarding customs charges but had to pay £64.27 customs charges in UK before delivery. Sockeloen offered to cover 50% of fees and refunded £33 (very kind of them). I asked them how much they said the declared charges were and they said £105, so I planned to dispute the charges but the documents on the package actually stated €163 - hence the charges ! So I have in fact paid almost FULL price for 4 pairs of socks - no free pair as advertised. Very poor info from them despite a partial refund. ** Having raised this I have since been refunded the total cost of my order. It’s a shame it took this much to achieve this sort of outcome but thankful that some understanding of the issue was realised - 4* given, as although a good resolution, it wasn’t straightforward.”

“Blij dat jullie eindelijk de strook die de aero kousen ophouden veranderd hebben in een beter systeem. De kousen die ik drie jaar geleden heb gekocht heb ik kunnen weggooien omdat ze na een aantal keer dragen afzakten omdat de strook gewoon uitrafelde en uiteindelijk verdween. Dat was echt niet fijn voor zo'n dure kousen. Met de nieuwe strook zal het hopelijk beter zijn.”

“I bought the classic cycling socks. Handling/shipping was super easy! Socks are ok. However I have size 44 and therefore ordered 43-48. For my impression they are too big and too long and next time I would take the smaller ones. Was wearing them in hot weather and with 30+ degrees they are definitely too warm. This in combination with being too big (wrinkles) leads me to “only” 4 stars.”
