“The build quality is great, but I’d love to exchange my rain over shoes for a larger set. I followed the size template on your website and I got blisters on my ankle due to tightness. I’ve reached out to Sockeloen and Jasper about four times now and would love to hear back soon.”

“The aero socks good quality but aren’t true to size. I have a size 45 and ordered the 43-48 version. They are way to big - if align the heel of the sock with mine the front is super loose. If you stretch the sock up the socks heel is somewhere up in the achilles area. Super disappointing.”

“Products are good quality and good looking, anyone customer service should be better for such a brand. A wrong product was added to my delivery and the attempt to set it right takes weeks due to slow communication and complicated return policy.”

“Maand geleden de aerosokken gekocht na een paar keer de sokken te hebben gewassen laten de siliconen grippers aan de binnen zijde los hier door blijven deze niet meer mooi zitten Ook gestikte naad aan de achterzijde laat los Sokken zijn van matige kwaliteit zeker voor die prijs”

“Waarom maken jullie geen sokken ( het standaardtype, 3 paar voor ongeveer €100 ) met verschillende lengtes? Ik heb heel lange benen en daardoor komen mijn sokken niet 'hoog'. Dezelfde sokken bij iemand met korte benen wel. En je koopt zulke sokken ook 'voor het oog'.”

“I didn’t want to leave a review but this is the second time I’ve been asked to review. I ordered these socks a few weeks ago but have yet to receive them. I have full confidence that they are coming but I’ve not received any updates on when they arrive. So as an international customer maybe a better tracking system so customers know where there order is at.”

“Gisteren voor het eerst de overschoenen 612 aangehad. Een paar flinke buien onderweg (140 km)maar mijn voeten bleven droog Ik heb schoenmaat 42,5 en volgens de maattabel heb ik een medium nodig. Wat schoenmaat betreft perfect maar aan mijn kuiten spant het toch wel heel veel. Bij aankomst de overschoenen op 30 graden gewassen en ze zijn weer spul en span. Een 5 wat betreft kwaliteit maar omdat ze zo spannen een 3.”

“Sadly, despite ordering the correct size for my 46 Shimano shoe, the overshoe slides down a bit even with sticky spray. Should have sized down for a tighter fit, also looking a bit grubby after just 1 sunny dry ride.”

“De aero sokken zijn nogal strak. Ik heb vrij grote kuiten en dan is het niet echt haalbaar om die sokken aan te doen. Ik vind het ook spijtig dat als je een retour hebt, dat je de verzendkosten zelf moet betalen. Voor de rest echt prima sokken!”

“Looks nice, but opportunity for improvement. Tips: add silicon on the heel so the shoe cover doesn’t go up. The Velcro looks very cheap too. Fix the two things I mentioned and then the product could be the best in the market.”
