“Tot zover snel geholpen en simpel besteld. Echter, bij het ontvangen heb ik een paar overtrekken die te klein bleken en daarvoor heb een retour aangevraagd. Dit is nu 10 dagen geleden en ondanks een reminder van 3 dagen geleden heb ik nog steeds geen antwoord op mijn retour vraag.”

“Honestly by far the best quality product I have ever experienced in this category. Bought the Del Crosso and Deep Winter overshoes and Deep Winter gloves. All exceed expectations by a long way. The overshoes especially are a million times better than any other brand I've tried (and I've tried most). Keep up the amazing work Jasper and team! See you on the beach ;)”

“Order items from Instagram and there was no mention that the items are being shipped outside of the US and that are additional cost from the tariffs. Send 2 email to customer service but never heard back and the items are still not delivered. I would like for you to contact UPS and ask them to send to send package back and issue me a full refund. Thanks tou”
