“Easy to use website, fast delivery to the uk, but need to return the items as they were the wrong size, I couldn’t complete the returns form due to having a uk address, I have emailed Sockelion numerous times, used the contact form online and dm’ed through instagram but haven’t had a reply. So stuck and unable to return / exchange the items. Very poor customer service.”

“Door een technisch probleem werd mijn mail niet meteen opgemerkt. Zodra dit wel het geval was, ben ik binnen 24u verder geholpen met een nieuwe zending. Het probleem lag bij een externe partner, maar ze namen meteen verantwoordelijkheid en boden ook een extra compensatie aan. De sokken en aerosocks zelf zijn trouwens topkwaliteit.”

“In het verleden steeds supertevreden, nu duurde de behandeling van mijn return iets langer dan gedacht. Door omstandigheden hadden ze wat vertraging bij de return (heeft dus iets langer geduurd dan normaal), maar hebben zich verontschuldigd en extra geste gedaan waardoor ik toch positief blijf en zal in de toekomst zeker nog producten kopen.”

“Hey Sockeloen, I bought my first shoe cover (mtb) from you 2 weeks ago. I love the look and the material feels great!
