“First time customer — very happy!
Originally ordered from The Athletes Foot, and after 3-weeks of horrible service (unfulfilled order, poor customer service with zero follow through) I found the same shoes at Sole Motive.
Excellent service with SAME DAY shipping and SAME DAY response to my email query.
Thank you!”
“I purchase a pair of the asics speed magic online. I was a little unsure of the sizing so I called the Hawthorn store and subsequently popped in to see Nathan. He guessed it was me when I arrived and was so helpful checking the fit was right. I love the shoes and grateful for his advice. Lovely guy! 👌🏻”
“Found the shoes i wanted at the best price going, and had them land on my doorstep in Perth just a few days later, which in the current climate was brilliant - fast, efficient service - well done guys!”
“Sole motive have quality products at great prices, however their home delivery is exceptional and sets them apart from other sports retail infact retail stores in general.”
“My order was processed efficiently, ready to pick-up quickly and the in-store service was fast and friendly. Highly recommended. Very happy with the product too!”
