“Unfortunately my experience with purchasing online from Sole Motive has been less than desirable.
I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair which arrived in less than a week even with public holidays within that period. - Great.
However, the order was finalised and I hadn’t received my 2nd pair of shoes. I got in touch, numerous email back and forth from multiple people, 3weeks have gone by and still no shoes or tracking number.
This may of been an AUSPOST mistake, but my purchase wasn’t with them so my issue has to lie with Sole Motive.
I hate sounding like a Karen, I just want my shoes.”
“I purchased a subscription of Runners Magazine for Fathers Days and it took nearly 3 weeks for a posted letter to arrive that said the next issue of Runners World will be delivered in 8-10 weeks. Gees I thought I would get one older issue by now -”

Should have gone with a competitor in a time of need.
Two mates order the same day I did and they received their order 3 business days before I did from the running company.
I shoe order missed the marathon.”
“At first Sole Motive has a great range of exciting products, then frustratingly you find that most of the products are unavailable, out of stock or perhaps never in stock.”
“I was really sad about my purchase. I ran the 10k today after undergoing 6 months of chemo and raising over $1300 for Peter mac. I really wanted a keepsake hoodie so bought one online. When it arrived, it was too big. I immediately emailed Sole Motive who told me they would be able to exchange on the day. I replied saying I was worried they would sell out of xs hoodies and could they please put one aside for me. When my husband went to the store at about 9.30am, they only had XL sizes and upwards. I then went to the store after completing the run hoping they had reserved me one and they hadn’t and I was told there was no more stock. Normally I wouldn’t care but this time, the keepsake was a huge milestone for me. I am so very unhappy with the customer service. I would happily have bought another one and got the S refunded but no one mentioned there was a chance of selling out.”
