“Unfortunately my experience with purchasing online from Sole Motive has been less than desirable.
I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair which arrived in less than a week even with public holidays within that period. - Great.
However, the order was finalised and I hadn’t received my 2nd pair of shoes. I got in touch, numerous email back and forth from multiple people, 3weeks have gone by and still no shoes or tracking number.
This may of been an AUSPOST mistake, but my purchase wasn’t with them so my issue has to lie with Sole Motive.

“I purchased a subscription for my son in law for christmas. It was easy to order online and arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the first magazine was delivered to my address, not my son in law's address. This is a little inconvenient as now I have to spend time trying to sort out the address issue.”
