“Despite the website detailing shipment of purchases within 2-3 days, a week later I am still awaiting any change in the status of my order and the delivery of my products. Have emailed Solihull Lighting but have not received a reply and therefore have emailed again. Received a text from their courier informing me of a delivery but next day another one telling me they haven't received the shipment. Very poor service overall.”

“I found lights to go very helpful. When I originally ordered my new strip light the order was confirmed immediately and it arrived within 2 days. It came when they said it would and was well packaged. Sadly one of the fuorescent tubes was damaged, you couldn't blame lights to go and when I contacted them they were very helpful, and sent out a replacement immediately. I cannot fault the service.”

“Ordered 2 chandeliers at a fraction of the high street price. Items were delivered in 2 days with an excellent courier tracking system. Unfortunately one of the chandeliers was damaged and without hesitation a replacement for the damaged item was dispatched. I would highly recommend this supplier to anyone.”

“Order made on the 27/9/14 and today is the 1/10/14, slightly disappointed that my order is still only being processed. Would expact by now it would be at least processed and awaiting dispatch, if not already dispatched.”

“Within two weeks of installing the wall lights, the cords had frayed and snapped. Shouldn't the holes where the cord feeds through have a rubber seal to prevent this from happening? Disappointed, Lorraine McDonald”

“Ordered two products on 23/9 got call next day to apologise for one product being out of stock and confirm delivery of other. Email delivery details spot on and first part of order arrived and installed Excellent customer service so far and wait for remainder of order”
