“Ordered Monday morning received next day at around 1.30 pm. Difficult to believe order completed so quickly. Haven't fitted the light yet but it looks fine. Service better than very good.”

“Ordered a glass pendant shade which arrived, extreme ley well packed within 36 hours, will be fitted by our electrician next week. Delivery service excellent-I received emails and texts updating me and was provided with an hour long delivery window, which was adhered to. Very impressed all round so far. Looking forward to seeing the light in position.”

“As I have said in my email, I am thrilled with my baby Fisherman's lamp...but am incredibly pleased eith the speed and efficiency of the order being processed to its final delivery. I don't think I have ever been kept informed as much this! Not only did I only make the purchase on Thursday morning, but I heard by Thursday afternoon that the order was being delivered the next day...and was also given a devery slot of an hour. The light came within the delivery time allowed, which meant I didn't have to hang about all day. If only other companies learnt from you. Thank you so much!”

“Extremely impressed with the customer service, we had a damaged crystal and a couple of bulbs didn't work, they responded to my email quickly and sent out replacement parts. What more can I say. I will buy from this company again and recommend to friends PS. The crystal lights are amazing.”

“Could not fault the service i was kept up to date, even the name of the person who was delivering the parcel and what time he was coming. If you want to order a light from this company and you get the same service as me you will not be disappointed. Would use again excellent .”

“Uses dpd courier so you get the day & time slot. Initial order acknowledgment and dispatch date were a little slow from receipt of payment. Products seem ok.”

“Received the lights in really good time, my only concern is the bulbs where far too difficult to fit into both lamps housing's so I am not sure how well made they are ( although not cheap by any stretch) will find out when one of the bulbs need replacing but will register my concern with the company just in case. Rob Neill Colchester”

“Still waiting for an item ordered on the 9th August, informed problems with the supplier but still item for sale on their website. Sent three emails zero respond or refund now with resolution centre at paypal. Dated the 5th September.”

“I purchased 10 wall lights to go in a house we are building, I cannot say how good these lights are yet as the house is only just started, however I cannot fault the service, I ordered them on Sunday pm and they arrived on Wednesday am, I checked them over and they are packaged so well that I cannot see that there could be any breakages. I would recommend anyone to shop at this site.”

“I was looking for a battery operated spotlight. The information on line did not specify power source. I telephoned the company to check power source information. Receptionist did not know but rang the producer of said light fitting. She was true to her word and rang me back to say "battery operated". Order placed - pleased customer. Later I received a telephone call - not battery operated! Time wasted, money spent,still waiting for my refund. Not impressed! Will not use this company again.”
