“It would be good if you had a parcel tracker service, I placed my order on the Wednesday afternoon it is now Saturday & the only emails I have received is that you have processed my order & credit card & this review asking me to comment, With no item or imforfation it becomes a difficult task”

“Easy to order online good quick delivery, you only really know how good a company is when there is a problem. My order was 1 item short, following a quick email the missing item was sent out straight away, good old style service.”

“1st class service, unfortunately 1st shade delivered had couple of small marks, but quick response and excellent customer service meant I had another delivered next day...cannot fault. I wish all on-line shopping was as good as this company.”

“Thank you for dispatching your exterior wall light fitting ordered17 Oct. The fitting arrived promptly after the week-end, and was well packed within a stout cardboard box. We are very pleased with the product itself , which is exactly what we wanted , and in addition came with full instructions in English for installation. We had searched in vain at local electrical suppliers for anything similar. Many thanks for good service.”

“The service I got from Solihull Lighting was great and I will certainly be ordering in the future. I had questions about the products and Zowie at the help desk was fantastic and very patient and professional . The delivery service wa second to none . Well the product what can I say , they were described very well on the web page and when they arrived I was so pleased with them. Great service all round at Solihull Lighting and a fantastic product.
