“The ease of use of the website was good. The ordering and payment were also easy. However 5 days later and I have not received the lamp I ordered and have no idea when to expect it. VERY disappointing.”

“Items as ordered, at the best price for the goods and in addition including lamps and delivery usually charged as extras by the competition. Standard (free) delivery took a week so if needed in a hurry stump up for expedited delivery. Well pleased”

“The order processing and the delivery were very efficient. However, when the product arrived it looked as though it had been assembled before and a piece of glass was broken. I emailed customer services to ask for a replacement part to be sent to me but as yet I have not even had a reply!!”
