“After an initial problem when the lights I ordered turned out to be out of stock, the staff were very helpful on the phone and I was offered an alternative which arrived the next day. Overall I am very happy with the lights and would recommend this company. I would definitely buy from them again!”

“Struggled initially to place the order as the website was not working properly and couldn't get through by phone, however the company called me next day and I was able to place the order without further problem. The item did take longer than expected for delivery but think this was down to manufacturer (who actually despatched the item) and Royal Mail. The company was easy and helpful to deal with. The LED mother and child light purchased is really good. Have not seen anything similar on the market.”

“Easy online ordering and efficient delivery. Excellent customer service. My mistake in under ordering meant a second delivery, which was done promptly and at no extra charge. A light with a faulty switch was also replaced promptly.”

“Lovely lights and well made, Did the job perfectly and delivered very quickly. Only a minor concern was the packaging was very loose and I was initially worried that the glass shades would be damaged.. A smaller box to fit the packaging for delivery would have reassured me more but hey, no worries after all!”

“The telephone help line was excellent. The operator couldn't find an answer to the query I had, but promised to follow it up and call me back. She called back promptly on Monday morning, even though I had rung quite late on Saturday afternoon. My delivery arrived this morning - haven't unpacked the box yet but not expecting any problems.”
