Used this company before always delivered on time and when I had a problem it was sorted the next day. Would recommend. Regarding the light purchased a warning should be included as the edge of the light was as sharp as a razor. Putting the light up produced a half inch cut to my finger buyers you have been warned.

Ordered some wall lights on 12.10.13.Order accepted so assumed in stock.Informed 16.10.13 that items out of stock till end nov.Payment for them taken on 30.10.13.Enquired end Nov about delivery and was told that lights at customs and would be despatched within days. Informed 04.12.13 that it would be now middle of December.I feel let down by this supplier who should not have taken orders for items they have not got in stock.When I eventually receive lights I will never use this company again.

Item was as described but after cash was oaken from my PayPal account on 14th November I was advised by email that the delivery would be unfortunately delayed. It was delivered on 6th December. It would have been better if the payment had not been taken until the goods were available for despatch!

I was informed of a delivery delay and given a new delivery date. The products arrived before the new date so full marks for keeping me informed and keeping to the promise.

The delivery was prompt but the bulbs were missing from the box. We called 3 times before we recieved them, 2 - 3 weeks after the delivery.

I ordered a new kitchen lamp from Solihull Lighting. The order got cancelled, money returned. I asked for an explanation, none given. I can only assume the item was out of stock which wasn't indicated on their website. Communication skills zero. Will not purchase from them again.

Ordered an LED picture light. It arrived a few days later safely boxed and was exactly as described on the website. It's now up and working a treat. Very pleased and would have no hesitation in ordering from Solihull Lighting again.

The lights weer exactly as expected and arriver promptly. within the delivery time quoted. I have used Solihull Lighting severla times and have always been happy with the product and service.

Order placed 20 Nov. Expected 2-3 days delivery. Emailed for update. No reply. Rang and was told you would ring back with update. Never rang. Rang on Saturday. Told ring back Monday. Rang last Monday. Was told the lamp was expected in that day. Delivered Tuesday 3rd Dec. Total 14 days and poor communication. Not impressed. You have lost a customer!
