“Ordered the lights they said delivered in 24 hours and they took over 2 weeks. The lightbulb did not work when delivered.the lady was very helpful said she would sort it and the next day they were here”

“We have made numerous purchases from Solihull Lighting and all items have been delivered speedily and efficiently, with never any damage to the items. The items are of good quality and VFM and Solihull Lighting even include free light bulbs with every purchase! My partner and myself have nothing but praise for the company's performance and we are impressed with the quality/appearance of the products and will always go to them as a first choice when looking to purchase new lighting for both the garden and the house.”

“Queries regarding the product were resolved efficiently. The order was despatched and received promptly. Unfortunately the light was found to be faulty when the electrician opened the box but the fast response to this when reported to staff at Solihull Lighting was excellent. They were informed on Tuesday and the replacement light arrived on Thursday. Only one minor criticism; I am still awaiting collection of the faulty item despite having phoned twice.”

“I was extremely aggrieved to find that I had to pay import tax on top of the published web price. As far as I could see this was at no time flagged up during the purchase process, it should have been extremely clear.”

“I've used this site twice and both times they have debited the money from my account, almost immediately. Then told me that the lights would not be delivered to me for over a month after the purchase date 8-(”

“My order from the website was accepted and acknowledged , but I received an email a couple of days later saying that the item was unobtainable until the end of the following month. There was still no mention of this when I checked the site again later, and I was not specifically offered a refund - only the opportunity to change the order by phone. To be fair, a few days after I emailed to say that I needed that particular light within the original time-span mentioned, my money was refunded”
