“I smashed one of our light shades and thought I'd never be able to get a new one! Found the 3 shade light fitting on Solihull Lighting website, so bought the whole fitting as it was so reasonably priced and now have 2 spare shades.........really pleased!”

“Can't fault. Would like extra crystals as one of mine arrived broken, tried twice to get replacement but still waiting. Asked if I could purchase extra but couldn't. Would love replacement crystal soon though ;)”

“Very disappointed so far, product was faulty, reported this 2 days ago with a photograph of the faulty LED light by which the defect could be clearly seen, sent 2 emails and still no reply - not even an acknowledgement of my email. There is still time to sort this out and I am hopeful of a positive response very shortly hence the poor and not very poor.”

“Good service. Bought 2 lights and they were fair condition only as one had a manufacturing defect which I would have swapped at a shop but accepted rather than go through a returns.”

“Found the fitting I required in minutes when the High Street could not provide to my specifications. Delivery was day after dispatch & I fitted the unit in 25 minutes. Meets all expectations. Packaging was to a very high standard & I will recommend others to this company.”

“I have used Solihull Lighting for several lighting purchases. Always on time and what I ordered. I even had a problem where I was doing renos, and has to wait two months before installing a light. After installing, I found problems with the glass in the fixture. Solihull Lighting replaced the light within 4 days. Fantastic service.”

“The light fitting is beautiful even come with a pair of gloves to fit it so it didnt get marked, excellent! Just a shame 3 of the bulbs out of 5”
