“Took payment for light which they had already told me they could not supply. Still waiting for a refund over a week later. Do not answer emails. Terrible service. AVOID.”

“Beautiful lamp which matched the decription perfectly. It was delivered very quickly after ordering in a well packaged carton. Only minor downside was that the the 100w bulb was not included, despite the exterior packaging including it in the contents list, meaning that the light could not be tried immediately.”

“I was invited to review Solihull Lighting before my goods had arrived, so am writing it now that they have been received. I ordered four matching wall lights, and a pair in a different style at the end of October via the web site. I received two separate calls a few days later to say that the lights were out of stock and would be back in at the end of Nov. At the end of Nov I emailed to ask where the lights were. I was told they were being quality checked and would be despatched soon. They were received about a week later, well packed and in good condition. Service was not quick, but the price was right and we were happy to wait. Overall an okay service.”

“Just moved house and bought a 3rd wall light to match my existing pair. Very glad Solihull Lighting still stock these lights. Delivery was quick. Light arrived in perfect condition. The only downside is that the light is £20. more expensive than when I purchased first time round. Would recommend both my lights (Dar Pluto wall lights and Hanna ceiling light) and Solihull Lighting.”

“The service I received from Solihull Lighting was excellent. My Husband found that one of the glass shades had a chip along the edge, we made a phone call to see if the problem could be rectified. Even though it was only a few days before Christmas a delivery of not one but two new shades where received the following day. We are more than pleased with the service and our light fittings and would use this company again.”
