“Lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. Assembly was a bit tricky but not too bad, however one of the grub screws was missing so the top light wouldn't stay on properly. Luckily I scavenged one from an old loo roll holder I had in the garage.”

“Pathetic. Ordered goods and money was taken. Was not told items not in stock. Have had to call 3 days in a row and told would be dispatched next day and still waiting! Have seen the goods cheaper elsewhere. Very very poor service. Will be placing official complaint to this company and whoever else I can complain to.”

“Delivery was extremely fast, a matter of days. I have only checked for damage and have not installed yet. However they are a good size taking two bulbs so should give plenty of light. Quality seems to be good.”

“Quick delivery from Solihull Lighting. The LOFT LOF072 wall spotlight is very stylish. I needed a double-insulated light as the existing feed was 2 core. I was surprised when I first switched the light on as the glow from the bulb was quite dull but then the intensity increased to produce a bright light. Overall very satisfied.”

“I ordered a light fitting on line and it was delivered promptly. I did have a query regarding light bulbs but was able to telephone and sort out without any fuss. I found the staff very helpful and was refunded for the missing bulbs without delay. Thank you for a great service.”
