“I found two online sites that sold this wall light that I wanted. Both were the same price but Solihull Lighting offered free delivery, so got my order! It was very quick and came extremely well-packed..What more could you ask?!”

“Very poor customer service. Place order more than five weeks ago and still no idea when I will receive goods but they took my money immediately. When I ordered the website said dispatched normally within 24 hours (and when I checked items I ordered it still says immediate dispatch). After ordering I had to chase because I heard nothing from company and I was told beginning March. Received nothing and no update so called again and was told a couple more weeks. Still nothing and I keep having to contact them. More excuses today and still no news on whether items will be sent or if I have lost more than £600.”

“On phoning to check on stock of lights was told they were in stock and would be despatched next day, but having not received them and ringing to find out the situation turned out had been wrongly informed and they would be despatched the following week direct from the supplier. Whilst frustrated having to wait, the staff I dealt with were courteous and helpful and I did receive them promptly once back in stock.”

“Easy to order but delivery was useless. Waited all day and at 7pm found out it was left at the wrong address!! Had to pay extra to have it delivered so I don't think I'll be using this company again.”

“Hi just to say I think the web site is good and easy to use, I ordered a light but it was out of stock but got a call from a lovely lady to either wait or order a replacement. I ordered a replacement and received it a day later! Great! Excellent service from Solihull Lighting.”
