“Always happy with the service and staff are very polite and professional. Disappointed that on last two occasions items I purchased have failed within 5 years and have been difficult to replace. Latest and on going issue is that item required is out of stock and not available until June! a long time and a pity as I do rate Solihull Lighting as a good supplier/organisation.”

“Telephoned first to check availability as had been let down by a competitor , excellent service received via telephone and website, lamp arrived very quickly, of good quality and cheaper than competitor, win win all round, would recommend.”

“Ordered exterior light on 25 February 2014. Didn't receive an order confirmation or estimated delivery date/update. Then received a survey for feedback without any communication from the website on the order. Logged on account 2nd march to check order and the status is processing?... It is now 3rd March no light delivered yet - won't be using this site again.”

“Well it's hard to review something that you have not received. So rating the overall experience is impossible. So far waited a week for a despatch confirmation after paying for it when ordered. Will wait unit my goods come to see how it all goes”

“I cannot offer a comment on the success or failure of this purchase as the survey has arrived before the products that were ordered. It highlights the issues with retailing when its appears to be more important to ask for a useless customer survey than to fulfil the order.”
