“I recently purchased a pendant light for my dining room. Unfortunately when we opened the box, the glass shade was broken. Solihull Lighting were very helpful when I contacted them; Adam from the company contacted the manufacturers who agreed to send a replacement. The new one was delivered the following week and the broken one picked up. I would like to express my thanks to Solihull Lighting for efficiently resolving my problem. Thanks , Mrs Shah, Hertfordshire”

“6xitem22372 were ordered in late November an email from Julie on 3 december advised this item is not available. Spoke on Sat.Dec 5th to a person I believe was in your showroom and was of no assistance but agreed someone would ring on sunday no one rang! Monday Dec 9th contacted and asked for alternative item 25747 after aproox one hour rang back and was informed this item was also discontinued. Another alternative was to be sent to view (not yet arrived) can I have any convidence in ordering from you as this was required as a Xmas gift- a reply would be appreciate”
