“you took an order and payment for three lights- approx £350.00 confirming a delivery date which came and went. When I contacted you there were no lights in stock and it would be 4 weeks at least before next delivery.Dismal”

“I ordered my light 8 days ago and have yet to receive it. Although I notice that I have paid for it! Neither have I reeived an answer to the email I sent asking for an up date on the delivery status of my order. Electrician been and gone, still no light to fit!”

“Just received 3 wall lanterns which was supposed to be black .looked black on web site and on two of boxes they arrived in only to find they are green .? No colour stated on site but asked for black , arrived very quickly”

“Having ordered a sabrina bathroom ceiling light on Sunday via the internet, we were very impressed with the quickness of e-mails from Solihull Lighting advising confirmation of our order and what would be happening regarding delivery. We paid by paypal which was very easy. The following Tuesday the light arrived - very carefully and substantially packed, including a free light bulb. Although we have not fitted the light yet - it looks great. We shall use the company again, and would certainly recommend purchasing from Solihull Lighting.”

“There should be away to track orders. I bought a product that in its description it says Usually dispatched within 24 hours , but nothing about the delivery , its 3 days since I bought it and have no clue when it suppose to arrive.”

“Ordered a lamp six days ago. They took the money immediately but I haven't received the lamp yet and have had no further communication from them re when the item will be dispatched, (website says two to three days delivery). Hard to get through on phone, automated message said to leave name and number and they'll get back to me.......I'm still waiting.......”

“Ordered a bathroom fitting one day and it was delivered the next but as I wasn't in a card was left by the carrier and they tried again the next day successfully. Have dealt with this company before and they are always very swift with their orders.”

“Extremely satisfied in every respect, other than I would have preferred to know, before ordering, that the item in question was not actually in stock (the website gives no clue) so that I could make an informed decision about ordering. This is particularly important as payment is taken at the order point, rather than, as is more usual, on despatch to the customer.”
