“Service was good and my 2 light fittings came within 2 days of ordering. One of the items though had a slight defect, I left a message on Monday and no-one called me back, I called 4 further times that week and it went to voicemail each time. My original call wasn't returned. Luckily I don't live too far away and took it back in person that weekend for an exchange.”

“Had been looking for some ceiling lights when I came across Solihull lighting. They had lots to choose from. When the lights arrived they were very well packed. When I took them out of the packaging I was pleasantly surprised at how well they were made. My husband put them up with no problem. They look great. I will use Solihull Lighting again. Only one down side was they don't supply any bulbs”

“I have no complaints, the Solihull Lighting website was easy to use as was the ordering process, I was contacted every step of the way and delivery was prompt and the package was in one piece and very well packaged when it arrived. “Pros - Can't fault Solihull Lighting on communication and delivery after item was purchased online, the item I bought was a Searchlight outside wall llght with a PIR sensor. Cons - Few gripes here the light only stayed on for 6 minutes on its maximum sensor setting and not the 10 minutes as stated and its sensor range is also questionable from what is advertised on its enclosed paperwork, so bear this in mind when purchasing this item you maybe disappolnted.”
