“Firstly I emailed an enquiery about an item ,was it stocked or had it to be ordered in specifically. I received a quick reply , I placed my order and expected at least a 7 day wait while it was ordered in ( you can add 1or2 days to postage in NI ) but I was pleased when it arrived in 4 days. Solihull Lighting definitely a company I will deal with again, many thanks”

“I chose you for price. But one of the light fittings arrived with a broken bulb and screw fittings missing. Had hired an electrician to fit them so ended paying out more cause he had to go to the store to buy replacements. Was offered money off but damage was done”

“The yacht lamp & shade was ordered on Monday & arrived on Wednesday. Packaging was extensive & ensured that the lamp & shade arrived in pristine condition. I would be more than happy to recommend Lights to go & will certainly visit their Web site in the future.”

“When I rang the Birmingham branch the respond I received was very good the customer adviser was very helpful and did say that we will come back to you as soon as they find out the product was in sock. they did say that if you order online I will received a 10% discount. The services was very good and I will recommend to my family and friend about Solihull Lighting Regards Harry”

“Lights look good but haven't tried them yet as no lightbulbs included in package (as advertised on the site), and the reason I ordered from this site in particular. They don't require LEDs so not sure why no lightbulbs included.”

“Excellent service . I called the customer service dept before I ordered goods,they were helpful and the goods arrived next day as requested . The lights are really nice and very good value . I definitely recommend Solihull Lighting”

“Excellent service. Had updates for an hour deliver slot. Lamp is great. We have clipped it onto a wooden headboard and is perfect for night reading. My 7year old son loves it.”

“Purchased from Solihull Lighting on the 30th June and was still awaiting any update in the online tracking process on the 7th of July. After contacting them, I was advised it would be delivered at some point during the week. After further pushing, I was given a delivery date of Thursday the 9th of June. Considering I was not informed of any delay, I feel this is awful service, especially since the funds were taken from my account immediately.”
