“I would never buy from this company again. I ordered a light from them and payment was taken immediately. The website states that lights will be despatched the next day and delivered between 2 and 3 working days after, or they will let you know immediately if the light is not in stock. I waited over a week and then rang them to find out where my light was. I was told someone would ring me back later that day but of course they did not. Eventually I was told that my light was not in stock and there was a problem with the supplier but they had not bothered to tell me. I was given a prompt refund but I am very annoyed that they did not let me know the light was not in stock.”

“i ordered a light from their website with the item stating usualy shiped within 24hrs, so i thought great i should get it next week and have it fitted for the following weekend. i then recived an email an hour after ordering telling me that the item was out of stock and that expected delivery would be the end of june (it is now 20/05/2015). i replied to the email stating that the item was time sensertive and could i have a full refund. suprise suprise they didnt get back to me very quickly, actualy they didnt get back to me at all. i called them to find out when i would recive my refund and was told it will take up to 5 days to reach me. i find this very strange as i paid by paypal and correct me if im wrong its prety instant when you send money on paypal. As it stands now i am still waiting for an email response. i will not be using this site again in the future and feel that sites like this should know the stock situation before puting items on their site.”

“Don't know much to review. Easy enough to purchase, quick to take money. Had one email confirming purchase. If I log in to account it still say pending so still waiting on overall service to review. So far quick to take money and quick to ask for pat on the back.”

“Ordered a few things, Needed some help and information before i placed the order. Great customer service. Queries were resolved immediately. Items received on time and the packaging was very safe as the item i had ordered was fragile. Would recommend Solihull Lighting any day.”

“I thought I ordered some lights a week ago but had no email confirmation at all so thought I must have made a mistake during the check out process and yesterday I went online and ordered another (much nicer) light from a different company. That company actually emailed me immediately to confirm the order so I knew it had all gone through okay. I have still had no email from Solihull Lighting about my purchase, just one asking me to rate them! I now have two lights or rather I don't as they haven't arrived yet, but will do soon, which I don't need and have effectively paid for twice. I wouldn't buy from this company again!”
