“Delivery was fast and on rereading product description light is as stated but when you look at picture of product was under impression that rim was come and black can't return as I go on holiday tomorrow and am getting lights fitted when away so feel I am stuck with it”

“Unfortunately the Item was out of stock but there communication with me was second to non and a full refund was issued very quickly. Very good service and communication and I would defiantly use them in the future.”

“Website is not reliable - says dispatch within 24 hours. I ordered last Saturday and it still hasn't arrived. When I phoned - staff was curt and said - you will hear from us when it is dispatched. I ordered from this site as I needed the light urgently and they haven't delivered. Very disappointed.”

“easy booking and payment process. the next day i got an e-mail to say the item was out of stock and their supplier was expecting a delivery in about 3 weeks. The delay was holding up final electric fix so I phoned (left voice message) and sent e-mail asking to discuss alternative stock or cancellation (as per their terms and conditions) with no response. Next step: MasterCard Legal.”

“The two David Hunt lamps I wanted did not include shades. I spoke to Julie who said she would speak to David Hunt and get back to me which she did to say that there would be a four week delay in getting the shades. I ordered the lamps which arrived within three days beautifully packaged to avoid damage. Would definitely recommend Solihull Lighting for their efficiency and also the range of lamps on offer.”

“The Mantra Sintesys M0675 single table lamp in chrome which I ordered has arrived and cannot be assembled due to the 2 screws not fitting. For a lamp costing £230 I expect better. I have emailed asking how to proceed with returning but its been 24 hours and I've had no reply. Not a happy customer with regards the Mantra lamp or Solihull Lighting.”

“I placed an order for lights on the 2 June and the website currently advises on 7 Jun that the order is still being processed. I needed the item to take abroad on tuesday 9 May and there was no indication that it was out of stock. Very disappointed from a company that boasts efficient web deliveries.”

“I ordered for next day delivery but got a nice email telling me they would be 7 - 10 days before delivery. I would receive spare bulbs in way of an apology for the delay.”
