“Asked to give a review 3 days after ordering and still before the items (which were marked as will be dispatched within 24 hours) were dispatched. So what do you expect me to say? Very poor service so far... I suggest you make your dispatches a lot quicker and your requests for review a lot slower.”

“Very impressed with L2G, apparently the product that i had ordered was out of stock, so I had a telephone call enquiring if a replacement would be acceptable, the caller gave me the stock number and waited for me to check it out on the website, fine by me as the replacement lights were slightly better quality. the parcel will be delivered later today between 1646 and 1746 fully trackable , i even know the drivers name, how good is that ! I would certainly use Solihull Lighting again , and recommend to friends. Ian Denney Norfolk”

“I bought a light that was advertised as usually being dispatched within 24hours. 9 days later and I am still waiting to hear from them or receive a response to messages sent on their online contact form several days ago or an email sent yesterday. Very disappointed, mostly in the lack of response.”

“Order took 5 whole days to turn up, was ordered on the Friday, supposed to be processed/despatched on the Monday, didn't happen. Finally despatched my order on the Wednesday, items finally turned up following Friday after order, a whole week!! No contact from Solihull Lighting at all, I had to contact them, to find out Wed dispatch, tried cancelling order, completely ignored cancel instruction. Awful!!!”

“Poor despatch time. When the item eventually arrived it was in packaging that has obviously been previously opened. and the item was covered in scratches, along with a small gouge on the surface. Will not be ordering from this company again.”

“I ordered a ceiling light, (a Saxby Delaware flush indoor light), from Solihull Lighting on a Wednesday and it was delivered the following Tuesday, so not the fastest delivery but fine. The (included) delivery process was very efficient, the product excellent and the price very good (cheaper than John Lewis who didn't have it in stock anyway). So overall, a satisfied customer.”

“ordered 26th February but lights still not arrived. Told today it may take another 10 days before they have them in stock. Not very good !!!”
