“Disappointing! Ordered online but had to chase up for delivery only to be told item was out of stock. No email sent to advise, however, customer service rep was very apologetic and refunded item immediately. Offered discount for next purchase which I will take advantage of as there are so many nice lights.”

“Small alteration required to "checkout" page. I ordered a 3 lamp spotlamp but the option to available lamps was for one lamp only. No apparent way on that page you could order the required 3”

“The light appears to be good quality, and delivery was prompt. So I would have given five stars, but for the absence of a bulb, which necessitated a special trip to town while the electrician was fitting the light. Now I have read online reviews, and know that suppliers often do not include a bulb. But not to do so when the headline on your homepage says FREE LIGHT BULBS WITH EVERY ORDER is not acceptable.”

“Despite the fact we didn't receive an email to say the item we had order was out of stock when we ,phoned to chase the order the service was impeccable. We were given details of a suitable replacement and received it the next morning. Well done and thank you.”

“All stages of my order were easy to do , the online system worked very well. The confirmation of order e-mail and the e-mails concerning the progress of the order were spot on. Finally to receive the order itself within two days was excellent. I have to say that at the time of ordering the bulbs, I also ordered some items from Amazon and I have not yet received them. So thank you for such good customer service.”
