“Unfortunately the item was not in stock as indicated when purchased. Although I received an email to say that the item would be in stock some weeks later, I was not kept up to date with progress and had to chase several times. Even when told it had been dispatched and would arrive within 2 business days (some time after I was told it would be back in stock), it was not received some 4 days later and I had to chase again. Finally received 24 hours after my final chaser. Not good enough. (As a post script the item itself is great, no complaints there.)”

“We bought two Astro Luga 0411 as bedside lights. They looked expensive on the website but were just the right size so we ordered. Good decision - they are great and the quality of design. manufacture and presentation justify the price. Solihull Lighting were very efficient, great packaging, communication and they used a good carrier who delivered exactly as promised.”

“Our instructions to deliver to our neighbour, as we would be out did not get throughto the driver, which was disappointing. The second attempt (the next day) went very well. The tracking was useful, although we think you sent too many emails. Generally speaking we were happy with your service.”
