The service was excellent, I placed my order on Monday evening and it was delivered Wednesday afternoon. ( my local store estimated two weeks).

had to chase order as not been notified for dispatch but when contacted order was dealt with very quickly no problem with lights

The light was for my ensuite mirror and I wanted a nice bright light for make up etc. very pleased also delivered very quickly. Thankyou

Would have given Very Good but the lampshade is out of stock and I have to wait for over a nearly 2 months before there is a chance of receiving it. I got a promp reply as to this effect and the offer of 10% discount so that was very nice.

The only bit of information I have had is the fact you have billed me and you want feed back, nothing about where they are or when I will get them. It would be nice to receive them though as it is holding up my whole landscape.

I ordered four x three pack of Saxby outdoor spike lights. The goods arrived on time, well packaged, and are of great quality. Very happy with my purchase and the professionalism of Solihull Lighting.

when searching Solihull Lighting website we used the filter "bathroom wall lights" and we ordered a a fitting from the list the appeared. Unfortunately, it says nothing about bathroom zones on the box!!!! not sure now whether we can fix this in our small bathroom!

I had to "chase" my order (WEB7476) that I placed on 12/05/14 - this "chase up" was done on 17/05/14 as I received a review request for yourselves but no contact/email confirmation of my order being despatched. When I telephoned I was told I should have received my order by 17/05/14 and someone would look into it and call me back - as no call back after 2 hours I called back to be told the Courier had not returned your contact. Now I have received contact from the Courier that my parcel left on 18/05/14??? and would be delivered on 20/05/14. Not the service I was expecting. Still no contact from yourselves to advise if it was your own error or the Courier's. Whichever it is I am not impressed. I only hope the order is delivered undamaged so as I do not have to wait on a replacement or any further contact from yourselves. Regards - an unhappy customer

Was pleased with the ordering process, the cost and the timely delivery. Unfortunately, when I unpackaged the light the bulb inside was smashed. Very disappointing
