“Brilliant service. Goods arrived within 27hrs of placing the order and with superb notification of delivery time so I was not waiting in all day. One bulb in the internal box was damaged but that was not necessarily the fault of the supplier - it happens occasionally.”

“I ordered 3 lights, paid for them and then received an email to say they will be delivered in 4 weeks, no offer of a refund either! I emailed back asking for a refund which I got but it wasn't an apologetic email just an automated email telling me my card has been refunded. Not impressed and will not buy from again. Companies should check their stock and inform customers of availability before taking their money”
