“The telephone help line was excellent. The operator couldn't find an answer to the query I had, but promised to follow it up and call me back. She called back promptly on Monday morning, even though I had rung quite late on Saturday afternoon. My delivery arrived this morning - haven't unpacked the box yet but not expecting any problems.”

“Having ordered a sabrina bathroom ceiling light on Sunday via the internet, we were very impressed with the quickness of e-mails from Solihull Lighting advising confirmation of our order and what would be happening regarding delivery. We paid by paypal which was very easy. The following Tuesday the light arrived - very carefully and substantially packed, including a free light bulb. Although we have not fitted the light yet - it looks great. We shall use the company again, and would certainly recommend purchasing from Solihull Lighting.”

“Ordered a bathroom fitting one day and it was delivered the next but as I wasn't in a card was left by the carrier and they tried again the next day successfully. Have dealt with this company before and they are always very swift with their orders.”

“Extremely satisfied in every respect, other than I would have preferred to know, before ordering, that the item in question was not actually in stock (the website gives no clue) so that I could make an informed decision about ordering. This is particularly important as payment is taken at the order point, rather than, as is more usual, on despatch to the customer.”

“Ordered my light fittings online late evening on a Friday and these were delivered on the Tuesday. Couldn't believe how quick they arrived. Very well packed. Very impressed with the excellent service and would not hesitate ordering from Solihull Lighting again. Will definitely recommend (and have already done so) to friends/family.”
