“Recently we bought some songmics dumbbells. At first at Amazon.de as the first photo shows. Because they aren’t adjustable, we bought another set at Temu . The second photo shows everything we've received. 4-lockers were missing as the third photo shows. We contacted seller immediately and sent them the photo.
But they confirmed that they had sent us everything. We then contacted Temu customer service. And the seller still insisted on having packed everything in the box. They firmly refused to reship the missing parts to us. Since without lockers, nothing could be fixed, obviously we can't use them. we had to order them again at another online shopping platform. We have never met so arrogant and unreasonable sellers over our ten years online shopping experience. If we had received these four little nuts, will we bother to contact you all over the places for such a trivial matter? You are an international company, is this the attitude you have towards all your customers? It's really disappointing. We will never buy any your products and will tell all of our friends our story. I wonder that with such poor after-sales service. how could you survive afterwards?”
“Wish I could give them ZERO stars, but 1 is the lowest. I received a lap desk as a gift, and a small piece on top was missing. Horrible customer service. Could only contact the company through email. Even though I gave them all the info from the item, they wouldn't even let me buy the replacement part since I didn't have a receipt. I told them the product was useless to me without that part. Can't do business with a company who doesn't stand by their product, and at the very least provide a means to replace parts. Won't do business with a company who doesn't care about people trying to use their products. Would never recommend purchasing from this company. And if you give one of their products as a gift, please provide the recipient with a receipt.”
“I purchased one of their office chairs from Amazon, which turned out not to be suitable for my large size.
I did not complain as this was the risk I took, I simply posted feedback on Amazon stating the chair was not suitable for LARGER customers. They contacted me and gave me a full refund, I said I no longer had the box to return the chair, so they let me keep the chair too.
Good customer service seems to be so rare these days, and I have not had cause to write a positive review for a while, so this has really made my day.”
