Advised me to pay £33.60 for inspection by Authorised Sony Repair Centre knowing that the PCB required for repair was no longer available and inspection fee could not be credited against a repair as advised. Then was offered £100 buyback on soundbar system purchased 3 years ago for £445. LAST PURCHASE OF ANYTHING SONY FOR ME.”
“Awful, awful company these days. "Sony" used to be the 'go-to' company back in the day, but today's products are awful. Purchased a £2k television and it failed after 26 months.
